- Profile data: photo, bio, location, country, demographic information, niches, content categories, and company details
- Connected social accounts: usernames and public profile information from Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms, including audience metrics and engagement data
- Media kit data: portfolio content, rates, collaboration preferences, and other media kit details you choose to provide
- Collaboration data: campaigns, messages, deliverables, and submitted content
- Payment data: billing details for Collaboration settlements (card numbers and sensitive payment details are handled by our licensed payment service providers — eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay — and are not stored on our servers)
- Communications: support messages, survey responses, and feedback you send us
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interactions within the Platform
- Device data: browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution
- Log data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only when necessary:
- Other Platform users: your profile and collaboration data become visible when Brands and Creators match or when you make your profile public
- Service providers: hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support, anti-fraud, and AI service providers with appropriate safeguards
- Payment service providers: licensed domestic PSPs (eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay) for settlement-on-approval payment processing related to Collaborations
- Authorities: where required by law, regulation, or valid legal request, or to protect rights and user safety
- Successors: in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale (you will be notified)
We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session, remember your preferences (such as theme selection), measure Platform usage, and improve our services. Essential cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use third-party tracking cookies without your consent.
